July 23, 1982 – July 20, 2015

Jeremy Lloyd Davenport, age 32, a resident of NC Highway 32 North in Pinetown, passed away on July 20, 2015 at Beaufort Vidant Hospital.

Jeremy was born in Norfolk, VA, on July 23, 1982 to Wayne K. Davenport and the former Linda F. Harris Davenport, who survive. He graduated from Beaufort County Schools.

Jeremy was an avid collector of “Dukes of Hazard,” “Knight Rider,” “Superman” and “Batman” memorabilia.  He also loved woodworking and spending time at the beach.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his siblings: Michael W. Davenport of Tennessee, Timothy D. Davenport of Atlantic Beach, NC, Christie K. Whitesell of Clayton, NC, and Kevin S. Davenport of Greenville, NC.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 24, 2015 at the Harris Family Cemetery in Pinetown.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at Hillside Funeral Service & Cremations and at other times at the home.
