Miss Frances Elizabeth Woolard, age 81, died on Sunday, July 26, 2015 at River Trace Nursing Center in Washington.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at the Woolard family cemetery located at Alger Lane, Washington. The family will receive friends following the service.
