Billy Winston Thorp, 66, of 225 Cayton Lane, died Wednesday, August 5, 2015 in his home. A celebration of Mr. Thorp’s life will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, August 8, 2015 at the Nobles & Thorp Family Cemetery on Cayton Road in Chocowinity. The family will receive friends at Haw Branch Church of Christ on Friday, August 7, 2015 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM and at other times at their home. Jimmy D. Sawyer Funeral Director Licensee is serving the Thorp family.
