Hazel Spencer Gibbs, 81, of the 9700 block of Piney Woods Road in Fairfield, NC, died Aug. 25, 2015. A funeral will be held Saturday, Aug. 29, 2015 at 1 p.m. at Star Zion Church of Christ. Arrangements are by Rowsom Funeral Home, Columbia.
