From the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office

On Sept. 1, investigators with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit arrested Kenneth Bryan Sherley, 28, of 2335 Vineyard Drive, Apartment D-10 in Greenville.  Sherley was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule II, Oxycodone prescription pain pills.

Sherley’s arrest stemmed from investigators receiving a tip that Sherley was involved in the use and distribution of prescription pain pills. Investigators conducted a traffic stop on Sherley and found 21 dosage units of Oxycodone.

Sherley was released under a $5,000 unsecured bond.
