Mr. Timothy Stephen “Timmy” Winstead, age 55, a resident of 5080 River Road, Washington, died Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at his home.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, September 13, 2015 at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.

The family will receive friends Sunday at 2:00 p.m. until the funeral hour at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington and other times at his home.
