Edward Krpata

Edward J. Krpata Jr., 86, of Beverly Hills, FL, passed away on October 16, 2015, at Hospice House in Lecanto, FL. A native of Bristol, CT, he was the son of Edward and Alice (Reese) Krpata. Edward was a retired supervisor with Pratt & Whitney of East Harford, CT. He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War, having been discharged as a staff sergeant, and was Past Grand Master of A.F. & A. M. Masonic Lodge in Broad Brook, CT. Edward is survived by his beloved wife Marion (Courtemanche), to whom he was married for 40 years, and his three children: Steven (wife Rebecca) of Pinetown, NC; Thomas (wife Linda) of Holliston, MA; and Richard  of Coventry, CT. He is also survived by his brother David (wife Erika) of Inverness, FL, and his brother-in-law Joseph Miller of Bradenton, FL. He was predeceased by his sister Alice Miller and his brother Robert. Edward also leaves three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, a nephew and two nieces. Per his request there will be no services. Burial will take place at the convenience of the family.
