Last week, the Washington Noon Rotary pledged a donation of bikes, equivalent to $2,000, to Toys for Tots. The Rotary ended up purchasing 36 bikes for children with that amount of money. The bikes will be given to Beaufort County families with young children on Dec. 13-14 during distribution day for Toys for Tots at St. Peters Episcopal Church. The donation was possible through funds raised at Smoke on the Water.
