Mr. Jeff Jarvay Jordan Sr., 58, of 2600 U.S. Highway 64 West, Plymouth, N.C., passed away Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, N.C.

Visitation service will be Sunday, November 29, 2015 from 7:00 to 8:00pm at Temple of Christ Church, Wilson Street, Plymouth.

Funeral service will be Monday, November 30, 2015 at 12:00 noon at Temple of Christ Church with Bishop Avery A. Barnes Sr. officiating. Committal service will follow at Second Zion Grove Church Cemetery, Plymouth.
