S.W. SNOWDEN
ART AWARD: Hassan Moss, a student at S.W. Snowden, won third place in the fourth-grade category for the “Lights of Love” art contest sponsored by the Vidant Beaufort Hospital. The tree-lighting ceremony was on Dec. 1 at 6:30 p.m. Refreshments were provided for the crowd of people in attendance and Christmas songs were sung by local school students. Hassan was on hand at this event to receive his art award.
