State Highway Patrol troopers will update farmers this month on new regulations regarding the transportation of commodities and farm equipment on the highways, Mac Hodges, Farm Bureau field representative, has announced.

Refreshments and lunch will be served at each meeting. All farmers are urged to attend one of these 10 a.m. sessions:

Thursday, Feb. 18, Tyrrell County Farm Bureau office, 88 Travis Road, Columbia.

Friday, Feb. 19, Vernon James Center,​ 207 Research Station Road, Plymouth.

Monday, Feb. 22, Parker’s Barbecue, 3109 S. Memorial Drive, Greenville.

Friday, Feb. 26, Martelle’s Restaurant, 33301 Highway 264, Engelhard.
