P.S. Jones Middle wins district-level Battle of the Books

P.S. JONES MIDDLE SCHOOL BATTLE OF THE BOOKS: The P.S. Jones Middle School Battle of the Books team competed and won the district competition on March 1 at the Beaufort County Ed Tech Center. Eleven of the team members will continue to the regional competition in April. Battle of the Books is a yearly literary competition organized by the North Carolina School Library Media Association, in which participants read books from a set list and are quizzed in groups of six on the content of the books.
