William “Bill” Silas Elks, 84, of 100 Oak Street, Williamston, NC, died Monday, March 14, 2016 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the Williamston First Pentecostal Holiness Church with Pastors Roger Leggett, Tim Bowen and Chris Elks officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 6:00 PM until 8:30 PM at the Williamston First Pentecostal Holiness Church and other times at the home.
