Edra S. Woolard

Edra S. Woolard, 82, a resident of 352 Matchapungo Shores Road in Belhaven, passed away on Monday, April 4, 2016 in her home. Ms. Woolard was born on September 1, 1933 to Julia Thomas Jefferson and Tilton Roosevelt Sheppard and was the widow of David H. Woolard Sr.

Ms. Woolard attended West Belhaven Church of Christ and was a member of the Women’s Bible Study.

She was retired from National Spinning.

Survivors include her son David H. “Robin” Woolard Jr. and his wife Alma Kay of Belhaven; her daughter Pat Wiley and her husband Steve of Washington; her six brothers and sisters; her four grandchildren: Dawn Buckman and her husband Zane, Sage Wiley and his wife Dare, Austin Woolard and Scott Woolard; and her great-grandchildren Corson and Carly Buckman and Sophie and Michael Imes.
