Prince
This 2-year-old, male, bulldog-mix is a friendly and sweet fellow. Modernistic designs in black and white create his striking shorthair coat. A gentle dog, Prince is a bit bewildered by the shelter’s surroundings. But he’s smart, attentive and wants to please, and if given tender loving care and consistency by owner(s) willing to provide him with attention and basic obedience training, so he will know what’s expected of him, he will make a fine and faithful companion. Exercise in a fenced area or on a leash is also a must for this large dog. Come in and meet our Prince of a dog. For more on Prince, visit www.facebook.com/ENC Shelter Dogs/ID#0630. He’s available through Saturday at the shelter, 3931 U.S. Highway 264 East, Washington. The shelter is open to the public Mondays through Fridays, from 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Alexandria
Friendly and loveable, that’s our Alexandria. This 2-year-old girl is a dilute calico — which means that the colors of her shorthair coat are tints of orange and warm gray; both are set off with pristine white. The effect of this coloring is soothing to look at and a beauty to behold. It is as if her personality takes a clue from her relaxing colors; it, too, is gentle and calm. With her good looks and affectionate nature, Alexandria will make a wonderful addition in a variety of good, loving forever-home settings. See more of Alexandria at www.facebook.com/ENC Shelter Cats/ID#0596. Stop in and spend a little time with her. She’s available through Saturday at the shelter, 3931 U.S. Highway 264 East, Washington. The shelter is open to the public Mondays through Fridays, from 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
