James Vernon Harris Sr., age 69, a resident of Washington, died Sunday, May 15, 2016 at his home.

A graveside memorial service will be held at 11:00am Thursday, May 19, 2016 at Pamlico Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 5:00pm until 7:00pm Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory.
