John Small Elementary School hosted its End-of-Grade POPS (“Power of Positive Students”) Rally on Thursday afternoon to boost students’ confidence about the upcoming exams. Special guests included the Pam Pack cheerleaders, the Washington Police Department, Washington Fire-Rescue-EMS and Sparky the Fire Dog. The rally was meant to encourage John Small students to achieve success on their end-of-grade testing.
