Frances B. Foreman

Mrs. Frances Louise Bullock Foreman, age 74, a resident of 26057 US Hwy. 264 E. Pantego, NC died Thursday August 4, 2016 at her home.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday August 7, 2016 at Paul Funeral Home of Belhaven officiated by Pastor Medford Hopkins.  Burial will follow in Davis Cemetery.  John Nick Foreman, Austin Foreman, David Kirk, Derrick Kirk, Isaiah Cline and T.J. Squires will serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday August 6, 2016 at Paul Funeral Home of Belhaven and other times at the home.

Mrs. Foreman was born in Beaufort County on February 22, 1942 daughter of the late John Ed Bullock and the late Thelma Louise Taylor Bullock.  She attended school in Belhaven and was a homemaker who worked many jobs to help provide for her family.  On June 6, 1956 she married Charles Herbert Foreman who preceded her in death on December 27, 2007.  Mrs. Foreman was a past board member of the Town of Pantego and she blessed the members of Pantego Ruritan Club as one of their cooks.  She was a dedicated member of Belhaven Pentecostal Holiness Church.

Survivors include her children: Louise Cahoon and husband Vernon of Belhaven, Rosiletta Gibbs and husband Steve of Belhaven, Charles Foreman of Washington, John Foreman of Pantego, Steve Foreman and wife Dot of Washington and Katlin Foreman of Pantego; a brother: Tommy Bullock of Lugsby, MD; two sisters: Ann Ayers of Pinetown and Zola Williams of Black Jack; twelve grandchildren; twenty-five great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.  Mrs. Foreman was predeceased by a daughter-in-law: Beverly Foreman; a brother: Ronnie Bullock and two sisters: Faye Keech and Nellie Adams.
