Revena Heath Murphy, 91, of Cove City, died August 19, 2016 at home.

She was a charter member of Cove City FWB Church. Revena loved her family, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and she was a very giving person.

She is preceded in death by her husband Coolidge Murphy.  She is survived by her son, Maurice Alan Murphy and wife Cathy of Washington, her daughter, Claudia Murphy Collins and husband Larry of Cove City, one sister, Rachel Williams of Spring Hope, and her best friend, Louise Gurganus.  Revena is also survived by her grandchildren, Kimberly Humphrey (Charles), Tracy Rouse (David), Scott Murphy, Shannon Tucker (Richard), Pam Everett (Scott), Michael Lilly (Amanda), and her great-grandchildren, Charlie, Anna, Amelia, and Steven Humphrey, Olivia Tucker, Andrew, Madison and Lilly Rouse, Mica and Asher Lilly, Gavin, Hunter and Emily Everett.

Services will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday, August 21, 2016 at Cove City FWB Church.  The family will receive friends from 1:30-3:00 pm prior to the service, and other times at the home.  Burial will follow in the Cove City Cemetery.
