The Greenbrier was the venue for the 2016 N.C. Realtors Conference and Expo held Sept. 11-13. Located amid the breathtaking mountains of West Virginia, The Greenbrier is a National Historic Landmark and world-class resort that has been welcoming guests from around the world since 1778. Notables have been shaping history at The Greenbrier for nearly 240 years. From politicians to celebrities and sports figures, this destination resort was and is a popular host for hundreds of “meeting of the minds” with some of the most powerful and influential people from around the world.
The following realtors from Washington-Beaufort County Board of Realtors were fortunate to be able to attend this North Carolina conference: Tomp Litchfield; Cathy Waters; Starlon Credle, WBCBR CEO; Jeff Tripp, WBCBR president-elect; and Bobby Clark, president of WBCBR, as well as a director of the NC Association of Realtors. These members attended several education sessions, expo seminars, general membership meeting receptions, fundraising events, caucus meetings and panel discussions.
In addition, Bobby Clark attended a NCAR Board of Directors meeting in which he was a voting director. All in all, it was a unique opportunity to connect with other realtors in North Carolina and meet face to face with influential real estate decision makers who can help our business industry grow and better serve our property owners and future buyers.
