On Monday, N.C. Sen. Bill Cook donated a flag to Bath High School Preservation, the organization currently rehabilitating the old Bath High School in Bath. The building is now home to the Bath Community Library, as well as an event/gallery space, and will be future home of a museum with permanent and rotating exhibits that will act as an extension of the Historic Bath State Historic Site Visitor Center. Hanging the flag on Monday afternoon are (left to right) BHSP Ruth Dorkin, Cook, BHSP board member Dale Benson and Vice President Gerald Morris. Also attending were BHSP board members, Carol Persche and Celestia Carson.
