Residents, businesses ‘paint the town pink’

Despite rainy conditions, businesses and organizations across the county participated in the eighth-annual Paint the Town Pink Friday to share their support for breast cancer awareness. Many locations allowed employees to “dress down” Friday, switching out business clothes and uniforms for this year’s Paint the Town Pink T-shirts. The sale of the T-shirts raised money for the Shepard Cancer Foundation.
