On Oct. 9, the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office received a report of breaking and entering and larceny from Captain Buck’s Mini Mart (formerly Clark’s Mini Mart), on U.S. Highway 264 East, Pantego.

After conducting interviews of both suspects, Investigator Jeremy Landeck applied for and obtained warrants charging Elijah Lee Spencer, 16, of U.S. 264 East, Belhaven, with one count of breaking and entering, one count of larceny after breaking and entering, one count of injury to personal property and one count of trespassing during a State of Emergency.
