From Coldwell Banker Coastal Rivers Realty

Maria Wilson and Gerri McKinley, broker/owners of Coldwell Banker Coastal Rivers Realty, are excited to welcome Beth Black Byrd to their team of real estate professionals. As a marketing professional of many years, Beth Black Byrd continues her commitment to Washington by focusing on assisting clients to trust in the magic of new beginnings.

Before turning her attention to serving clients in real estate, Beth made use of her extensive experience in marketing and community development for the betterment of Washington. Beth worked diligently to rebuild the Washington Harbor District Alliance into a strong “Main Street” organization. She is proud of WHDA’s many accomplishments, such as the Washington Visualization & Reinvestment Strategy, which led the way for Festival Park, the Lighthouse Maritime Center and the People’s Pier in downtown Washington. Running a nonprofit in Washington for over eight years, Byrd has worked with many people in the community and has gained their respect for her hard work and dedication.

Having relocated to Washington in 2005, Byrd understands what it is like to move to a new area or simply move to a new neighborhood. Byrd and her husband, Bob, were drawn to Washington from Frederick, Maryland, because of its historic charm and the beautiful Pamlico River. Byrd loves eastern North Carolina and is sharing her knowledge of the area with those that are ready for a change.

She offers an advantage to her clients by utilizing her vast expertise in real estate marketing. Byrd enjoyed a distinguished marketing career in real-estate magazine publication and as a marketing director for real estate offices. She is a social media and technology devotee and can market property in such a way to get it sold quickly.

Byrd is proud to be part of the award-winning Coldwell Banker Coastal Rivers Real Estate team and she serves on the Washington Tourism Development Authority Board, the Washington/Beaufort County Retire NC Steering Committee, the Washington Park Planning Board, the Historic Port of Washington Board and is a Washington Chamber Ambassador.

Byrd is a focused listener and able advisor. She uses her experience in day-to-day business management and effective communication to efficiently lead her clients to a successful closing. Call Byrd today; the next chapter in your life is waiting.
