To the Editor:

As I’ve done for a number of years, I worked this past Nov 8 election in District 1, Washington. The usual crew showed up but this year we had three young high school seniors helping us during the long day of voting. They were Briana Cotton and Jamya Moore from Southside High School and Tyrell Carter from Washington High School. These three jumped right in and processed the voters as they came in. They were hardworking and very personable. I want to thank them for making the effort to get involved with our voting process and setting a great example for others their age.
