Sandra Buckman, director of The Arc of Beaufort County, presented Crystal Windley from Williamston with a $500 gift card that she won in the Arc raffle fundraiser Nov. 21 at The Arc of Beaufort County membership meeting. The money raised from the raffle will be used to buy Christmas gifts for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Windley has been a supporter of The Arc and is standing beside her daughter Cameron. The Arc helpers are Tara Reddick, Allen Brickhouse and Nina Buckman.
