Pam Pack boys win home meet, girls place third

Washington’s boys topped Rose and Christ Covenant at home on Wednesday. The girls placed 24 points behind Christ Covenant for third place. Kevin Andrews place first in the 50- and 100-yard freestyles, and helped lead two relay teams to first place. Other top finishers for the Pam Pack boys were A.J. Howard in the 200-yard freestyle, Tony Lovenberg in the 100-yard butterfly and 100-yard backstroke and Patrick Lovenberg in the 100-yard breaststroke. The girls were led by first-place finishes by Claire Shepherd in the 200-yard freestyle, Amanda Manning in the 500-yard freestyle and Tianna Van Cura in the 100-yard breaststroke.
