Richard “Dickey” Winfield, 62, of Belhaven, died on January 2, 2017. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at 12 noon at White Plains Church Ministry in Belhaven. A viewing will be held one hour prior to service. Services are entrusted to Paradise Funeral Home Inc., Williamston, NC.
