Mr. Ralph “Dick” Culbertson, a resident of Washington, died Thursday, Jan. 5, 2017. A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, Jan. 21, 2017, 11 a.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church, Chocowinity. Hillside Funeral Service is serving the Culbertson family.
