Mrs. Dora L. Arthur, of 151 Martin Luther King Jr. Dr., died Saturday, January 21, 2017 at Vidant Medical Center.

The family will receive visitors at the home of her son, Melvin Keyes, residing at 334 Keyesville Rd., Washington.

Funeral arrangements will be announced by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, Washington.
