Mr. John Edward Rascoe, 68, of 110 Pleasant Oak Road, Windsor, died February 1, 2017 at home.

Funeral services will be 11:00AM Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at Cedar Landing Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Shelton R. Barnes, pastor, and Elder Ricardo Hardison, eulogist. Burial will follow in Moore Family Cemetery.

The family will receive friends 6:00PM to 8:00PM Monday at Toodle’s Chapel and other times at the home.
