From Agape Health Services
Agape Health Services would like to welcome pharmacist Frank Debrah to its caregiver family.
On top of his regular pharmacy duties, Debrah will perform disease state therapy management for Medicare and North Carolina Medicaid patients of the clinic to prevent hospitalization, to reduce health care costs and to improve quality of life. He will also be interviewing patients listed on NC-Medicaid monthly generated high-risk attribution list, to assess their conditions and request for relevant labs, and after extensive search and review of the patients’ medical history, will make therapeutic recommendations to the clinicians involved.
Debrah received his doctorate of pharmacy degree from Campbell University College of Pharmacy and Health Services where he made the Dean’s List. Debrah currently serves as preceptor for pharmacy students at the university. His pharmacy student clinical training includes interning in psychiatry, ambulatory care, geriatrics, neurocritical care, internal medicine and more. Debrah comes to the table with extensive research experience, as well.
Debrah is a member of the American Pharmacists Association, the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists and the North Carolina Association of Pharmacists.
The Pharmacy in Williamston will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony today from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tours of the facility are available upon request. The public is invited to attend.
