Monday afternoon, the early-20^th-century building at 110 E. Water St. in Washington was bulldozed. Owner Doug Currin asked the building’s tenants to move out in mid-2016, as the property suffered from roof issues and structural problems. Susan Pickens, of Sentimental Susan’s, and artist Art Tyndall formerly used the space.
