Priscilla C. Davidson

Mrs. Priscilla Chamberlin Davidson, age 89, a resident of Washington, died Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at her residence. She was born January 12, 1928 to the late Dr. Elsie Moore Chamberlin and Dr. Ira I. Chamberlin in Agawam, MA. Priscilla attended Northfield School for Girls. She also attended Boston University and American International College, graduating in 1949. On November 4, 1950 Priscilla married Robert Graham Davidson who survives her. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Washington. She was also a member of the Washington Garden Club, as well as Friends of the Brown Library, Washington. Priscilla was a yacht broker in the marine industry, retiring in 1990. In addition to her husband Robert, she is survived by one daughter, Cynthia Davidson and husband Peter Eisenman of New York, NY; two sons: Scott Davidson and Elliott Davidson and wife Vera, both of Haddam, CT; one granddaughter, Sally Davidson of New York, NY; five grandsons: Kyle Powers of Jersey City, NJ, Noble Davidson of Fairhope, AL, Sam Eisenman of Denver, CO, Eric Davidson and Nick Davidson, both of Haddam, CT; and one brother, Allen Chamberlin of Greenwich, CT. In keeping with the family’s wishes, there will be no formal service. Her cremains will be scattered at a later date. Hillside Funeral Service & Cremations, Washington, has been given the honor of being entrusted with serving the Davidson family.
