The Rich Company honors top producers

Tom Atkins, president of The Rich Company, recently presented the 2016 annual awards for The Rich Company’s Carolina Avenue office.
Rosie Smith earned the Top Gun Award. This award is presented to the realtor who led The Rich Company in sales and listings.
“Rosie has been in the real estate business for 26 years, and this is a great achievement for her. Her continued commitment, hard work and knowledge of the business earned Rosie the Top Gun Award,” Atkins said.
The President’s Award was presented to Mayhew Cox. This award is presented to the realtor with the highest percentage increase in sales and listing volume for the year. “Mayhew had a great year! Mayhew has been in the real estate business for over 27 years and is a top producer. We are fortunate to have him on our sales team,” Atkins said.
Tim Mordecai was presented with the High Cotton Award. This award is given to the realtor in the company’s Farm and Timberland Division with the highest sales production. Atkins said, “We feel that Tim’s knowledge of our area’s farms, timber and recreational tracts adds a significant diversity to our company.”
The Rookie of the Year Award was presented to Abbott Tunstall. This award is based on the highest sales and listing volume for a new sales associate. Atkins said, “Abbott joined The Rich Company in August of 2016 and has got off to a great start listing and selling property! We are very pleased with his accomplishments and look forward to seeing what the future holds for him on our team.”
