Theodore Roosevelt “Buddy” Shaw Jr., 73, of Sterlingworth Street, Windsor, NC, died Monday, April 17, 2017, at Three Rivers Health & Rehabilitation in Windsor.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 23, 2017, at St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Windso.
