Eighteen brokers from The Rich Co. were recently recognized by the Washington-Beaufort County Board of Realtors as Million Dollar Producers for 2016. To achieve this award, the broker must list or sell $1 million or more in real estate during the specified calendar year.

Awarded in the “One Million Dollars and Above in Production” category were Allison Mordecai, Debbie Waida, Mayhew Cox, Tim Mordecai, Jay Martin, Brittany Van Der Have, Brenda Respess, Cindy Taylor, Tomp Litchfield, Cathy Waters, Barbara Goodman and Kelly McCarvill.

Georgia Anne Atkins and Tom Atkins were awarded in the “Three Million Dollars and Above in Production” category. Nan McLendon and Lydie Jennings were awarded in the “Five Million Dollars and Above in Production” category. Rosie Lilley Smith was awarded in the “10 Million Dollars and Above in Production” category and was the only broker in the Washington-Beaufort County Board of Realtors to achieve this accomplishment.
