An 18-year-old was severely injured after falling off of a trailer Saturday afternoon around 5:20 p.m.

First responders were dispatched to Christian Service Camp Road, off of River Road, in Washington. The unidentified 911 caller reported that the teenage male had suffered head injuries after falling out of the trailer and onto the road.

Around 5:40 p.m., emergency personnel called an EastCare helicopter to transport the victim to Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.

There are no further details on the victim’s condition at this time.
