Reports surfaced Monday from CBS Sports’ Jon Rothstein and Brian Hamilton of Sports Illustrated, among others, that former the Northside superstar turned Kentucky Wildcat will sign with an agent and remain eligible for the 2017 NBA Draft.

One-time Northside teammate of Adebayo’s, Jabari Ashe, confirmed those reports to the Washington Daily News. Adebayo helped the Panthers to a deep playoff run as a junior before spending his senior year at High Point Christian Academy.
