Mr. Newton Earl Council, 54, of Hampton, VA, died Thursday, May 4, 2017.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at Willow Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, 3634 Robert Everett Road, Robersonville, NC. Visitation will be one hour prior to service at the church.

Burial will take place at 12:00pm on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Cemetery, 5310 Milner Road, Suffolk, VA.
