Ribeyes Steakhouse officially opened in Washington on Tuesday, after a soft opening Monday night. The restaurant is located on Stewart Parkway in a space that was originally the Harbor Grille and has hosted several restaurants over the past decade, including its last tenant, Apollo’s. Ribeyes joins several popular eateries in downtown Washington.
