Michele Brickhouse will be the principal, and Audrey Curles will be assistant principal and curriculum and data support, at Tyrrell Elementary School in the 2017-18 academic year, Dr. Will Hoffman, superintendent, announced June 30.

Bill Ziegler will become the early college director at Columbia Early College High School.

“We thank these administrators for accepting these leadership positions,” Dr. Hoffman said. “They have each demonstrated a strong instructional capacity, they are good problem solvers, and they have a proven ability to build relationships with our students and families.”

Dr. Hoffman also thanked Stephanie Horton and Wayne Price for their service to Tyrrell County Schools. “We wish them the very best in their future endeavors.”
