Mr. and Mrs. William M. Owens, of Cary, NC, are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter, Collins Gracyn Owens, on March 16, 2017 at Rex Hospital.

Collins weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces, and was 20.50 inches long. Her mother is the former Holly N. Jones, of Chocowinity, NC. She has one brother, Harrison, and one sister, Emilynn Owens.

Maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Kenny Jones, of Chocowinity, NC.

Paternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Billy Owens, of New Bern, NC.
