Two vehicles collided at the intersection of 15th Street and Carolina Avenue in Washington around 3:30 p.m. Sunday.

According to the Washington Police Department, one vehicle turned in front of another at the intersection stoplight. A small, black car and a dark-colored Ford truck were involved. Upon the collision, a cooler in the truck bed flew out and its contents struck a white SUV at the intersection.

There were no serious injuries reported, but the black car was a total loss.

Washington Fire-Rescue-EMS and Washington Police Department responded to the scene. As of 4 p.m. Sunday, traffic was still being redirected around the scene as authorities cleaned up the street.
