Raymond Harris Williams Sr., 74, of Roper, died Wednesday morning at Vidant Chowan Hospital in Edenton.

Funeral service was held Sunday, October 15, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. at Roper Baptist Church, Roper, with Howard Simpson and Jay Hardison officiating. Burial followed in Hillside Memorial Gardens. Family received friends on Sunday, October 15, 2017 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Roper Baptist Church and other times at the residence.
