Mrs. Annie Ruth Spruill, of 125 Alderbrook Circle in Washington, died October 10, 2017 at home.

Mrs. Spruill’s funeral will be 1pm Wednesday, October 18th at Mills Chapel Church in Blackjack, NC. Mrs. Spruill’s burial is in the Corey Cemetery.

Mrs. Spruill’s public visitation will be Tuesday, October 17^th from 2-5pm in the Leon Randolph Memorial Chapel, 208 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Dr., Washington.

The family will continue to receive friends at the home.
