Ms. Scottie Mayo Howard, 74, of Winterville, NC, died Saturday, November 4, 2017.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00pm on Friday, November 10, 2017, at Philippi Church Of Christ, 3760 Philippi Circle, Greenville, NC. Burial will be held at Homestead Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service at the church.
