DISTRICT GOVERNOR: Rotary district governor Stan Keeler (District No. 7720) attended Washington (noon) Rotary Club’s recent meeting to announce club member Spencer Stanley will be this district’s governor for 2020-21. Keeler said, “It is with great pleasure and pride that I announce to District 7720 Rotarians that Spencer Stanley, of the Washington Noon Rotary Club, has been selected as your District Governor Nominee Designate. That means he will be District Governor in 2020-2021 Rotary Year!
