David Carroll Bowen, 66, of Stokes St., Windsor, died Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2018, at Vidant Bertie Memorial Hospital. A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, Jan. 6, 2018, at 2 p.m. at the Walker Funeral Chapel by Rev. Chris Lee. The family will receive friends following the service at Cashie Golf and Country Club and from the home at other times. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home of Windsor.
