Frank Bryant Keyes, 75, of 1605 Sabra Drive, died Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2018, at NC Veterans Home in Kinston. He was retired from the U.S. Postal Service and was a U.S. Army veteran. He leaves loving memories to his son Juan Coley of Lithica, Florida; sister, Marian O’ Pharrow, of the home; brother, George Keyes of Bronx, New York; one grandchild; a devoted niece, Syvera O’ Pharrow, of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, other relatives and friends. A funeral service will be 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 13, 2018, at Mills Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Julian Pridgen officiating. Interment will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 14, 2018, at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Washington. A viewing will be held from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 12, 2018; and wake from 6-7 p.m. at Mills Funeral Home, Inc. Arrangements are by Mills Funeral Home, Inc.
